How DO I Change my order Or excluDe Certain Veg or Fruits?

You have up until Sunday evening to change your order for the next week.  Just go to your Ooooby dashboard to make your changes. You can also add in extras from our groceries list which includes fruits, vegetables, bread and eggs, tinned items.

If you wish to exclude certain items e.g. you do not like potatoes, please email us at mossvalleymarketgarden@ooooby.com. Items that you exclude will appear on your dashboard as crossed out if they are due in the upcoming delivery, and they will be replaced with another item or by increasing the weights of your present items. There is no limit to the number of exclusions that you can have.


What is the sneak preview?

The sneak preview is just a general overview and an estimate of contents and weights – these will vary according to your exclusions and what we have to harvest in the market garden. 

If there is anything you don’t like the sound of then just drop us an email and we can amend your order.


cancellation fees?

Late cancellations before the point at which we have packed your bag will incur a 50% charge to cover costs.

Late cancellations after we have packed your bag will incur a 100% charge to cover costs, and administration fees.

Produce we don’t use from your cancelled bag will be donated to a worthy recipient.  


How DO I pause OR Cancel my Bag?

You have up until Sunday evening to pause your order for the next week or cancel your deliveries altogether.

If you are going away and want to cancel the deliveries for a week or more then you can set up a pause.   Just go to your Ooooby dashboard, select ‘Edit Pauses’ and select the delivery dates that you wish to pause, followed by ‘Save’. You should recieve an email confirming the pauses that you have set and you can view the pauses on your dashboard by selecting ‘Edit Pauses’.  You can set up multiple pauses.

The more notice you can give us for your pauses the better, as it helps us to order in the correct amount of produce from our organic suppliers.  Please help us to reduce food waste.

If you wish to stop your deliveries altogether, go to your Ooooby dashboard and select ‘Edit Pauses’ and then click on the circle next to ‘Pause my box until further notice’. Your deliveries will then be on hold until you reactivate them.


How do I pay?

All payments are taken through the Ooooby system after you have received your delivery. If you have provided us with your payment details then there is no need to act further.  You will only be billed for the veg bags and extras that you have received, so if you place a pause on your bag or cancel your delivery there is nothing further you need to do regarding payments. 

You can view your transaction record on the Ooooby system by going to your dashboard and selecting the My Account tab.

Updating payment card details; select the My Account tab on your Ooooby dashboard and then select the Update Payment Details tab.

Recycling?

Polythene bags, paper bags and egg boxes: We take back clean poly bags, plus intact egg boxes and paper bags to reuse where possible.  

Please do not return dirty bags and please only return the bags that we have supplied to you.
